Our Corrugated Box Manufacturing Process
At Bhagyoday Packaging, we follow a precise, quality-controlled process to manufacture strong and sustainable corrugated boxes. Here’s how we transform raw materials into durable packaging solutions:
Paper Sourcing & Preparation
We begin by sourcing high-quality kraft paper from trusted mills. This paper forms the base for both the inner and outer layers of the corrugated board.
Corrugation (Fluting)
The kraft paper is passed through heated corrugating rollers to create a fluted (wavy) layer. This fluting is the core structure that gives the box its strength and cushioning.
Lamination (Board Formation)
The fluted paper is glued between flat linerboards (inner and outer layers) using eco-friendly adhesives to create single, double, or triple-wall corrugated boards.
Cutting & Creasing
Using die-cutting or slitting machines, the boards are cut and creased into the desired box shape. Precise creasing ensures easy folding and clean edges.
Printing & Branding (Optional)
If custom printing is required, we use flexographic or offset printing to add logos, product details, or branding with water-based, eco-friendly inks.
Folding & Gluing
The cut boards are folded into box shapes and glued or stitched as per design requirements (regular slotted, die-cut, etc.).
Quality Inspection
Each batch undergoes strict quality checks for dimensions, strength, print clarity, and finish before approval.
